OAKVERA

Bespoke Service

From a conversation to an heirloom.

A dedicated designer-and-maker team accompanies your project from the first sketch to final installation — six steps, no surprises.

The Process

Six steps, one promise.

01

Consultation

A conversation about your space, occasion or brand — by video, in your city, or at the atelier. We listen before we sketch.

02

Concept design

Our designers translate the brief into sketches, material studies and a written proposal with a fixed quotation.

03

3D modelling

The approved concept is modelled to scale and rendered in your space, so proportion and light can be judged before fire is involved.

04

Sample approval

Glass colourways, glaze tests and finish samples are couriered to you. Nothing enters production before your signature.

05

Production

The makers take over. You receive photographic updates from the furnace and the kiln as your piece is born.

06

Worldwide delivery

Museum-grade crating, insured transport and, for installations, rigging by our own team — anywhere in the world.

Materials & Craft

Two elements, mastered slowly.

Glassblower shaping molten glass beside the furnace

Hand-blown glass

Gathered at 1,200°C, blocked, blown and annealed overnight. Colour is developed in the atelier — cased, seeded with bubbles or leafed — so that light itself becomes a material we can shape for your room.

Hands throwing porcelain on the wheel

High-fired porcelain

Thrown, trimmed and glazed by hand, then fired beyond 1,300°C until the body vitrifies — dense, resonant and translucent. Transmutation glazes make every firing, and every piece, unrepeatable.

The Hands

The people behind the fire.

EM

Elena Marchetti

Creative Director

Trained in Venice, Elena leads design across all three collections and personally oversees every Sculptura commission.

JW

Jonas Weber

Master Glassblower

Twenty-six years at the furnace. Jonas shapes every Aurora sphere and teaches the atelier's apprentice glassblowers.

LZ

Lin Zhao

Head of Ceramics

Keeper of the kiln books. Lin develops our transmutation glazes and signs every FireGlaze vessel that leaves the atelier.

Our Standard

“All Oakvera pieces are designed and produced in accordance with EU safety and environmental standards. Every work is inspected by hand before it leaves the atelier.”
